The cannibalism has already started with Bush, Rove, Rush, Coulter and Fox News all blaming the Republican Party’s inevitable demise on John McCain. Just turn on Fox news and you’ll see the blame game start. Do they think we’re idiots? Bush’s approval ratings for the last two years, the 2006 election and Rove’s oust show that the Republicans have been on a downward trajectory every since this country started to wise up to their fear tactics. It has absolutely nothing to do with McCain.
McCain is really the only person who can save the Republican party now; yet, thankfully for us Democrats they won’t take him up on it. They’ll continue to stay the course even as it leads to the party’s obsolete status.
Solis Doyle, is dispensable, she has served her purpose to help us win the latino vote in the big states. We no longer need her or the latino vote to capture the white house. The women vote will now carry the Hillary campaign the rest of the way. Democratic Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton replaced campaign manager Patti Solis Doyle with longtime aide Maggie Williams on Sunday. Ms. Clinton believes Maggie Williams is a better choice to target the women vote. Clinton said in a statement. “I am lucky to have Maggie on board and I know she will lead our campaign with great skill towards the nomination.”
I just heard on the news that McCain didn’t vote on the Senate admendment to ban toture. So sad. He had a pretty darn good record on that issue and respected him for it. I seriously cant imagine being a Politian if you have to turn on your core beleifs like that.
